• Required before booking any package or individual session.

Basic 4-Session Package – £360

• 4 x 60–75 minute EFT Tapping sessions

Basic 6-Session Package – £495

4-Session Package + Light Support – £410

Terms & Conditions

Initial consultation: The 60-minute consultation (£75) is required before booking any package or standalone session.
Package validity: EFT sessions must be used within 16 weeks (4 months) from the date of the initial consultation.
Support availability: Support calls and message exchanges must be scheduled / used within the package validity period.
Session rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule sessions. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate.
Support: Calls are scheduled in advance and last 15 minutes each. Message exchanges are for brief questions or guidance, with responses within 24–48 hours. Support is for session-related questions, tapping guidance, and emotional check-ins, and not ongoing therapy or crisis support. Always seek medical advice in case of a medical emergency.
Unused sessions or support: Sessions or support not used within the validity period will expire and are non-refundable.
Payment: Full payment is required upfront before the start of the package unless a payment plan is agreed.
Kind reminder: I reserve the right to decline or discontinue work with clients if I believe that EFT Tapping or other program is not appropriate for their needs, or if there are safety concerns, conflicts of interest, or if a client is unwilling to engage in the process in good faith. Your safety and well-being are my top priorities, and I may refer you to other healthcare or mental health professionals if needed.
